HOW DO I RESERVE MY PHOTO BOOTH? WHAT IS REQUIRED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

Call 714-780-2422 or complete our contact form to check availability. We require a 50% deposit to officially reserve your booth. The balance is due 48 hours your event and can be paid electronically via Zelle or credit card.  

I NEED TO CHANGE MY DATE. CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE?

We understand changes in scheduling can occur. If you need to postpone your event to a later date, we'll apply all payments to your new date for no additional charge if the date is available. 

CAN THE PHOTO BOOTH BE SET UP OUTSIDE?

Yes.If outside, the photo booth needs to be set up on concrete, gravel or dry grass. If the ground is wet, we"ll need to find a new location for the booth. We also ask to make sure the set up area is within 25 feet of a 3 prong outlet. If it is raining or windy a covered area or tent must be provided by client. If weather conditions are not suitable for outdoors, an indoor setup must be accomodated.

HOW FAR DOES GLOW TRAVEL?

There's no travel fee as long as you're within the our servicing areas- 30 mile radius from Huntington Beach, Ca. If you're planning an event outside of this area and would like to hire Glow Photo Booth please call for pricing & availability 714-780-2422.

WILL THERE BE A PHOTO BOOTH ATTENDANT AT MY EVENT?

Yes! Glow's trained booth attendant will arrive 45min-1hour before the start time of your reservation to begin setup. Attendants stay at the booth throughout the event assisting guests with printing, emailing, scrapbooking, etc.

WHAT SORT OF PHOTO BOOTH PROPS DOES GLOW PROVIDE?

All of our packages include a collection of hand selected props. If you're planning a themed party we'll do our best to accommodate specific prop requests. We use quality 6mm PVC props that are glare free to create flawless pictures everytime! 

WHAT SIZE ARE THE PRINTS? 

Traditional 2x6 prints or a larger 4x6 print. Unlimited 4x6 prints are included in our 4 & 5 hour package or as an add on for $70 in other packages. 

DO I GET DIGITAL COPIES OF MY PHOTOS?

Yes. Digital copies of the original photos will be sent to the email provided during your booking within 1-2 business days from your event. A shareable link is provided to download/share the photos with your guests! The link is only active for 45 days. Please download all your photos before the expiration date. We will not be able to recover any photos.

OUR VENUE REQUIRES PROOF OF INSURANCE. IS GLOW INSURED?

With a $1M policy, you're more than covered. If required, we can add your venue as additionally insured, upon your request. Any special or additional endorsments required by your venue will incur an additional fee.For an exact quote, kindly reach out to us directly.
